School Mascot - Husky

Quadruped rig of a school mascot for use in animated school announcements. Head rotates in three poses and is capable of lip syncing.

Schools love to see their mascots animated! This school's mascot was a husky, and they wanted to feature it in multiple school announcement animated shorts. The rig mainly functioned as a keep-alive feature in the shot, but he also needed to speak a few lines. The snout and jaw use replacements and deformers to achieve lip sync. The upper torso and neck rely on deformers to allow the husky to bend forward in space and rotate his head. Of course, a dog is only complete with a wagging tail and panting tongue, so I pre-keyframed those poses to speed up the animation process.
